Fiona
Bryson, owner of Fiona's Cakes and Pastries, started
baking with her French mother and grandmother when she was 10-years
old. She atended and was a teaching assistant at L'Acadennie de
Cuisine in Washington, DC. She worked for a prestigious patisserie
in Bethesda and for Palate Pleasers in Annapolis where her talents
grew and flourished. She started out on her own three years ago
creating delicious wedding cakes, pastries and cakes for all occasions
and provides her customers with personalized service.
